TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Once you have accepted the service we have provided, we will send you a payment link.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION
After payment, all sales are final.
If you need to change your appointment date, there will be an admin fee of £50 for the Practical and £40 for the Theory.
The DVSA do not allow changes to any booked Theory tests within 3 clear working days, and 10 clear working days for the Practical.
If you are unable to make your test date in these restricted time frames, you will lose your test fee.
If the DVSA changes your test date, they will inform you directly, so please ensure you have your correct email listed with them.
COMPLAINTS
We will acknowledge receipt within 3 working days, and aim to respond with 14 days.
If you are not satisfied with our conclusion, you are welcome to take your complaint further.
